If your item arrives damaged or something is wrong, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Because our products are natural cat toys, we can’t accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
But if we made a mistake, or your item arrived defective, we’ll gladly replace it or refund you.

🧾 How to Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can cancel your order any time before it is shipped — even if it’s been more than 12 hours.
